This is a bit like a cross between an easy-drinking rose and a classic red merlot or GSM: light, low tannins, fruity, medium acidity, not very complicated, perfect with souvlaki or other grilled pork. For the price, it's one of the best wines to serve at a grill. In summer, put it in the fridge for a while before serving.
