A very refined, dry rose wine, made out of the indigenous grape varieties Xynisteri (white) and Maratheftiko (red), the first early harvested in order to preserve its crisp acidity and botanical caracter, as well as the second hand picked when over ripen, in order to add some exotic watermelon and red berries notes. This elegant, yet low alcohol (10,5%vol) and Vegan Friendly Island Wine is made to be an extraordinary and refreshing drink to have during our long Mediterranean summer.
