Pale yellow bright color of moderate intensity with expressive and fresh nose from the intense presence of white-fleshed and febrile fruits such as peach and apricot as well as from citrus fruits such as clementines.
In a second reading of our nose are presented floral aromas based on white flowers such as jasmine and orange blossoms and a very distinctive botanical character of chamomile. Very characteristic is the presence of minerality in wine typical quality wines from vineyards to limestone soils. The maturation with the noble lees has also presented a slightly creamy character that is presented to us in the form of a cheese crust.
Generally a very refined aromatic character with a very promising future.
In the mouth fine with delicate aromas to be repeated from the nose such as those of peaches, pears and fresh aromas of green apples. The floral and botanical character coexists wonderfully with the minerality that possesses the wine. Its body is extremely balanced with the elements of acidity and low alcohol complementing each other
