Light golden color, bright hue.
Citrus, stone fruits, and hint of floral notes alongside toast and spices from the oak.
Rich, creamy and intense with fresh acidity and long lingering finish on the palate.
Harvested in small bin crates, then placed over night in cooling chamber to maintain grapes’ freshness. Grapes were gently pressed the following morning.
Fermentation started at low temperature in stainless steel tanks the continued and finished in 500L new Burgundian(France) oak barrels.
Project X is aged for 9 months with frequent batonnage and without Malolactic fermentation to maintain freshness.
