A unique wine made out of one of the few last remaining centenarian vineyards on the island, planted in 1921. Organic certified since 2019, we tend these old bush vines with great care. Classic method for red wine, taking full advantage of the varieties. Extensive maceration on the skins and malolactic fermentation performed.
